By accessing or using the Eassy Finexa website, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms.
- You agree to comply with these Terms.
- You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- The information you provide to Eassy Finexa (through the Contact form, the Enquiry form, or otherwise) is accurate and truthful.
- You are at least 18 years of age. This website's forms and accounts are not available to anyone under 18, and every form asks you to confirm your age before it will accept a submission.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or, where you are submitting on behalf of an organization, you have that organization's authorization to do so.
If you are submitting a Contact Lead or Enquiry on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
2. About Eassy Finexa
Eassy Finexa Solutions (OPC) Private Limited provides informational content and facilitation/assistance services relating to personal and business loans, insurance, ITR filing, GST registration, and accounting/audit support, as described in Services. Eassy Finexa helps customers understand applicable requirements and coordinates with appropriate banks, NBFCs, insurers, government portals, and qualified professionals — see About Us, Our Role.
Eassy Finexa does not itself act as a bank, NBFC, insurer, or licensed financial advisor, and does not make lending, underwriting, or approval decisions. See Financial Disclaimer.
We may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the website from time to time.
3. No Public User Accounts
The public website does not offer visitor account registration, login, or a customer portal. You interact with Eassy Finexa through the Contact form (/contact) and the Enquiry form (/enquiry) described in Contact and, without needing to create an account.
Eassy Finexa's internal administrative Dashboard (described in) is a separate, staff-only system and is not covered by this section; it is not accessible to the public.
If Eassy Finexa introduces public account functionality in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly before that feature launches.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the website responsibly and lawfully. You must not use the website to:
- Break applicable laws or regulations.
- Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity, including submitting false information through the Contact or Enquiry form.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Dashboard or any other restricted system.
- Circumvent security or access controls, including file-upload restrictions described in.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code, including through uploaded files.
- Interfere with the operation of the website.
- Conduct unauthorized automated scraping or data collection.
- Send spam or unauthorized bulk submissions through the Contact or Enquiry form.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing material as an attachment.
- Violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
Eassy Finexa reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including rejecting or removing a submission.
5. Submissions and Attachments
When you submit the Contact form or the Enquiry form, including any files you attach, you represent that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the information and files you submit.
- The information and files do not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
- The information and files do not violate applicable law.
- You have the necessary permissions to provide any personal information about a third party contained in your submission (for example, a co-applicant's details).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and files you submit. Eassy Finexa may use your submission to provide the assistance described in Services and as further described in Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited Content
You must not upload or submit content through the Contact or Enquiry form that:
- Is illegal or promotes criminal activity.
- Contains malicious software (see File Upload Security).
- Infringes intellectual property rights.
- Fraudulently impersonates another person.
- Contains unauthorized personal or confidential information about a third party.
- Violates applicable laws or regulations.
Eassy Finexa may reject, remove, or decline to act on a submission that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The website and its underlying components — including software, design, logos, branding, text, graphics, images, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to Eassy Finexa and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit Eassy Finexa's proprietary website materials without appropriate authorization. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Eassy Finexa's intellectual property to you.

Eassy Finexa coordinates with third parties including banks, NBFCs, insurers, government portals, and qualified professionals (see Lending Partners and About Us). Your use of any third-party product or service (e.g., a loan or insurance policy from a lending partner) is governed by that third party's own terms, and Eassy Finexa is not responsible for third-party services it does not control. See Financial Disclaimer.
The website also relies on third-party service providers for hosting, email delivery, and file storage, and can display a Google Maps frame on the Contact page where you have allowed embedded content. Your use of the website may be indirectly subject to those providers' own terms. Which cookies are set, and by whom, is set out in our Cookie Policy.
10. Fees and Payments
Eassy Finexa's website does not currently charge visitors a fee to submit a Contact Lead or Enquiry, use the EMI Calculator, or browse informational content. [TBD — confirm whether Eassy Finexa charges customers directly for any facilitation service, separate from any compensation it may receive from lending/insurance partners; if so, this section must be expanded with pricing, billing, and refund terms before launch.]
Any fees, charges, interest rates, or premiums associated with an actual loan, insurance policy, or professional service are set and collected by the respective lender, insurer, or professional — not by Eassy Finexa. See Financial Disclaimer.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep the website reliable and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs. The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, infrastructure failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
12. Beta and Experimental Features
Eassy Finexa may occasionally provide experimental or preview features on the website. Such features may change without notice, contain bugs, or be discontinued, and are provided on an "as available" basis unless otherwise stated.
13. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information submitted through the Contact and Enquiry forms.
14. Security
You must not attempt to compromise or bypass the security of the website or the Dashboard, including attempting to access systems without authorization, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass file-upload restrictions, or attack infrastructure. If you discover a potential security vulnerability, please report it responsibly — see Grievance Redressal Policy, Section 11.
15. Termination of Access
Eassy Finexa may restrict or block access to the website (including declining to act on a submission) if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or create a security or legal risk. Because the website does not use public accounts, "termination" here refers to blocking access to the website or declining to process a submission, not deactivating an account.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eassy Finexa provides the website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will meet every visitor's requirements, will always be available, will be completely accurate or error-free, or will be free from security vulnerabilities.
This section does not limit or replace the more specific disclaimers in Financial Disclaimer regarding loan, insurance, tax, and registration outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eassy Finexa and its owners, operators, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eassy Finexa and its owners, employees, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the website, your submissions (including uploaded files), or your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.
19. Changes to the Website and Services
Eassy Finexa may modify, update, or discontinue features of the website from time to time, for reasons including improving functionality, security, performance, legal compliance, or business decisions.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website or another appropriate method. The updated Terms become effective on the date specified in the updated version. Continued use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
21. Affiliate Partner Programme
Eassy Finexa operates an Affiliate Partner Programme. These Terms apply to affiliate partners in full, and this section applies in addition to them. Where this section conflicts with another section, this section governs the affiliate relationship.
21.1 Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and hold an Indian bank account in your own name. You must register in your own name, using your own identity documents and your own bank account. You may not register on behalf of another person.
21.2 Verification
Before your account can submit leads, you must complete identity and bank verification by providing a government identity document (Aadhaar card, driving licence, or passport) and proof of your bank account. We review every application. We may approve or decline an application, or ask for further information, at our discretion. Where we decline one, we will tell you why so that you can correct and resubmit it.
The details you register with must match your identity documents. A mismatch is the most common reason an application is delayed or declined.
21.2a The Partner Agreement
While we are reviewing your identity and bank details, we prepare an Affiliate Partner Agreement for you. It carries your partner ID and the commission percentage agreed for each service we pay on. You download it from your account, sign it, and upload the signed copy.
Your application is not approved until we have received and accepted that signed copy. The commission rates on the agreement you signed are the rates that apply to your account; where they differ from anything said elsewhere, the signed agreement governs.
If we cannot accept a signed copy — for example because a page is missing or unreadable — we will tell you why and ask you to upload a corrected one. We keep the signed copy for as long as we keep your affiliate account.
21.3 Your Role
As an affiliate partner you introduce prospective customers to Eassy Finexa. You are an independent party, not an employee, agent, or representative of Eassy Finexa, and nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
You must not:
- Represent yourself as an employee or agent of Eassy Finexa, or as authorized to make commitments on our behalf.
- Give financial, legal, tax, or insurance advice in our name.
- Promise any customer a particular outcome, interest rate, approval, or timescale. Approval decisions rest with the relevant lender, insurer, or authority — see our Financial Disclaimer.
- Submit a lead for a person who has not agreed to their details being shared with us. The lead form asks you to confirm this permission, and you are responsible for having obtained it.
- Submit false, duplicated, or fabricated leads, or leads obtained through unsolicited bulk messaging or any other unlawful means.
21.4 Commission
Commission is earned per lead, and only on leads we approve. When a lead is approved, Eassy Finexa determines the commission for that lead and it becomes visible to you in your partner portal. A lead that is not approved earns no commission, whatever work went into it.
Eassy Finexa determines commission amounts at its discretion, taking into account the service and the case. We do not guarantee any level of commission, any volume of approved leads, or any income.
21.5 Payouts
You may request a payout for any approved commission that has not already been paid or requested. We pay by bank transfer to the account you verified, and we upload the payment receipt to your portal. We do not charge a fee for making a payout.
Any tax payable on commission you receive is your own responsibility.
21.6 Suspension and Closure
We may suspend or close an affiliate account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached — including where leads are fabricated, where a customer's permission was not obtained, or where the account's identity or bank details are not the holder's own. Where an account is suspended, you will not be able to sign in, and we will tell you why.
Commission properly earned on leads approved before a suspension remains payable. Commission associated with leads found to be fabricated or obtained improperly is not payable.
21.7 Changes to the Programme
We may change the structure of the Affiliate Partner Programme, including how commission is determined, or discontinue it. We will give notice of a material change through the email address registered to your account. A change does not affect commission already assigned to an approved lead.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, consistent with Eassy Finexa Solutions (OPC) Private Limited's registration and registered office in Bihar, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Jurisdiction: [TBD — confirm the specific courts (e.g., courts at Vaishali, Bihar) that will have jurisdiction over disputes], subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Financial Disclaimer, and Grievance Redressal Policy, constitute the agreement between you and Eassy Finexa concerning your use of the website.
25. No Waiver
If Eassy Finexa does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean Eassy Finexa has waived its right to enforce that provision later.
